Many companies donate or raise money for charities only in the aftermath of a catastrophe. Many of the charities are under-funded and unable to respond in a proper fashion. By appropriating a set amount of money to be donated to charities on a regular basis, Revolutionary is taking a proactive approach in hopes that these charities will have the immediate resources to react or even prevent future harm. Revolutionary has also dedicated itself to seeking out those overlooked charities that really need financial help.
While many might not see any correlation between online poker and charities, Revolutionary feels that the 'revolution' that they are leading is in challenging big business to become dedicated to social responsibility by making a firm commitment of their pocketbooks.
