Thursday 12th January 2006 Inside Gaming Launch a New Breed of Managed Service
This month sees Inside Gaming Limited team up with Chartwell Technology to launch a new breed of managed service. Companies signed up to the service enjoy a fully customised e-gaming product which is entirely managed and run for them on an end-to-end basis, enabling them to focus on their core business.
The new service from Inside Gaming allows companies, who have a suitable customer base or channels of promotion, to develop additional revenue streams through e-gaming without the need to tie up in-house resource and personnel in the process.
Brian Mattingley, previously Group Finance Director of Gala and now Chairman of Inside Gaming said; “We believe we have identified a gap in the market place for a business such as ours. Inside Gaming is committed to delivering the first fully comprehensive managed service to the market.”
Chris North, CEO of Inside Gaming added “To date the managed service sector has been about giving businesses the tools for an online gaming businesses but then not showing them how to use them. We aim to partner with big brand businesses in diverse sectors such as retail, financial services and other sectors that have proven customer communication channels, then by working in partnership we can maximise the gaming revenues whilst allowing our clients to concentrate on their core business.”
Inside Gaming (IG) has considerable in house experience in running and managing e-gaming products with members of the IG team coming from a background of experience. As expected with a ‘managed service’, their clients receive a fully branded and hosted gaming site but with it they also get the IG resources headed by a dedicated ‘gaming manager’ who works with the client to maximise returns on promotion in all areas. Over time, clients can then choose to remain ‘managed’ or to work with IG to incubate their own in-house gaming management team.
IG offers their service on the excellent Chartwell Technology platform that offers casino, bingo, and poker with a single player log-in. IG have a number of clients set to launch with this service in early 2006 and more in the pipeline.
