Macintosh Compatibility A Winner

Apple-friendly software that avoids the use a Virtual PC emulator and the enticement of up to $100 instantly for any new real money Mac player is bringing Apple’s poker enthusiasts to Mac Pacific Poker in their droves.

In a recent upgrade of Mac poker software, Pacific Poker now also offers its players new tournaments – the World Series of Poker (WSOP) tournaments run hourly with the final prize being a ticket to the World Series of Poker, and the $50k guaranteed tournaments, in which Apple users can either directly buy in directly play in qualifier tournaments.

In Linux news, users of the open source operating system can also enjoy the poker experience by utilising the same software as Apple poker players – only Safari or Internet Explorer is required.
