Monday 13th March 2006 Online Casino Hails Latest Poker Winner
With a prize package worth $12,500 for the World Series of Poker, the freeroll tournament at Pokerlistings.com event was sure to be a success.
The prize was won by amateur player Todd Sinclair who beat over 200 players to take first place and the prize.
Todd who spends between 20 and 40 hours competing online every week, is a resident of Kelowna, British Columbia. He was one of 1,000 players to qualify for this lucrative event but ultimately defeated his opponents to claim the $10,000 WSOP Main Event seat and $2,500 in additional money for travel and accommodation expenses.
Todd said, 'I am very excited to be playing in the WSOP this year. It has been my goal to make it there since I began playing. I'm sure the experience will be quite overwhelming and I will just try to have some fun.'
