Player Complaints Stack Up at UltimateBet

If you’re one of those people who simply prefer sitting down at the felt for a game of poker rather than logging on and playing online, now you may have an even stronger case.

Having opted to recently upgrade their software, poker site, UltimateBet have invoked the wrath of their punters after the site experienced a number of technical glitches. Sit n’ Go games have been crashing after the first player has been knocked out and many other customers have complained that money is missing from their accounts. This hasn’t been helped by the fact that those who have been waiting for a payout have been unable to get in touch with site management to find out why it’s taking so long to get hold of their hard won cash.

This is the latest criticism of UltimateBet, who were recently lambasted over for their role in the demise of Pokershare.
