Wednesday 30th August 2006 Sporting Index Agree Poker Deal with Tribeca Tables
Sporting Index, the world leaders in sports spread betting having captured a reported 70% of the UK market, are to join the Tribeca Tables Poker Network, the world’s largest aggregator of ePoker brands, in an announcement released by Tribeca Tables Europe Ltd.
Sporting Index join a strong list of brands to have signed up to the Tribeca platform, to take advantage of its long standing reputation and position in the poker industry. Other brands to have joined the network include Paddy Power, Blue Square, Victor Chandler, Golden Palace, Doyles Room, G-Fed Games, Bowmans and USbets. Tribeca now boasts over 150 poker and lifestyle brands in its client portfolio and are now considered to offer one of the best poker room environments.
Tribeca Tables spokesperson Steve Cook said, “We recognize Sporting Index’s unique position in the spread betting market and many of their customers have a very close synergy with poker. Sporting Index will be able to take advantage of the lucrative poker market with their extensive customer base,” he explained.

The Tribeca poker network is looking to follow the release of SportingIndexPoker.co.uk in September, with a series of new casino side games, foreign language clients, a new custom avatar feature for players to upload their own pictures, and many more new enhancements. The company is also completing its poker software integration with several other large brands, the details of which will be releasing in the near future.
