CelebPoker.com to Send Players to Switzerland

CelebPoker.com is sending players to the Showdown Poker Tour (SDPT) Montreux Main Event, which forms part of the televised Showdown Poker Tour, taking place between January 31 and February 4 2007.

The event will be held at the Casino de Montreux in Switzerland. The $9,000 prize package includes €5,550 entry to the No Limit Texas Hold'em Main Event tournament and $1,600 accommodation and travel money.

Players can win one of these seats via the satellites at the CelebPoker website which will be running over the next five weeks, giving entry into the $380 online final on January 7.

$5 satellites will run every day at 17:00, 19:00, 20:30 and 22:00 GMT. Winners of the daily satellites will win entry into the weekly Sunday $40 final at 17:30 GMT to compete for a $380 seat in the online final.
