Wednesday 31st January 2007 MySpace Star Tila Tequila to Launch Online Casino
January 31, 2007 (London, UK) – Tila Tequila, the Queen of MySpace and a Time magazine ‘Person of the Year’ for 2006, celebrated her latest business venture – an online casino and poker room – with some of her 1.6 million MySpace “Friends” at a party in London last week.
The TilaCasino.com and TilaPoker.com invitation-only party was held at London’s prestigious Embassy Club on Thursday, January 25th. Tila Tequila was at her best – meeting new friends and interacting with the guests. Tila’s entourage included the sexy Tila Playgirls. TilaCasino.com and TilaPoker.com will officially launch early February.
Tila Tequila, who dubs herself “the baddest bitch on the block”, has gained popularity mainly through her MySpace persona. Her edgy, do-it-yourself, and forever-a-rebel-and-a-punk attitude has made her the most popular person in the global social networking site. Her MySpace page has garnered over 54 million page views and her single “F*** Ya Man” has been played more than 13 million times.
ExtraTV called Tila Tequila “the hottest thing to hit the net since Google” and predicted she’ll be “the next big Hollywood triple threat – model, designer and musician”. The pixie-sized Tila has graced the covers and pages of popular magazines such as Maxim, Stuff and Rolling Stone and was been featured in Time magazine’s “Person of the Year” issue last month. She has appeared on MSNBC’s “Untied” with Tucker Carlson and on “The Showbiz Show” with David Spade.
